Job Description
We are looking for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. The selected candidates will receive training and work closely with experienced recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work during US business hours
- Comfortable working from office
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of job portals or LinkedIn is an advantage
