Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Human Resource Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support the organization's recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, along with good exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR processes, employee engagement, HR documentation, and general HR administration.
This role requires someone who can independently manage recruitment activities while also supporting the HR team in executing day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, compensation, and organizational fit.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical IT positions.
2. Day-to-Day HR Operations

Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and employee documentation.

Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HRMS.

Assist employees with HR-related queries regarding policies, leave, attendance, payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.

Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all joining documentation is completed.

Support employee exit and full-and-final processes, including exit documentation and clearance.

Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records and coordinate with payroll for necessary updates.

Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and processes.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives

Support employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and internal initiatives.

Assist in organizing training and development programs.

Support employee communication and HR announcements.

Participate in employee feedback and engagement initiatives.

Assist in maintaining a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
4. HR Compliance & Documentation

Ensure employee documentation and HR records are maintained accurately.

Support statutory and internal HR compliance requirements.

Assist with audits and preparation of HR documentation when required.

Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the employee lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT/technology organization.

Strong hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment.

Good understanding of the overall recruitment lifecycle and HR operations.

Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who enjoys both recruitment and HR operations. The person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment, interacting with employees and managers at different levels, and taking ownership of assigned HR activities.
