The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to design and document business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and change management principles.
