Location: Bhopal

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven individual who can handle walk-in customers, convert inquiries into sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role also includes follow-up calls, lead conversion, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for follow-ups, lead generation, and conversions
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Maintain and update customer data and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support promotional and customer engagement activities
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Willingness to do calling and follow-ups
Experience:
- 0–2 years in Sales / Customer Handling / Telecalling
- Freshers with strong communication & sales interest can apply
