Sauce & Toss is looking for a passionate and energetic chef to join our growing Asian street kitchen team. We are seeking someone experienced in Chinese/Asian cuisine who can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese and Asian street-style dishes
- Handle wok cooking and fast food preparation
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist in stock preparation and kitchen operations
- Work efficiently during busy hours
- Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
Requirement
- Previous experience in Chinese/Asian cuisine preferred
- Knowledge of wok cooking and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
