Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to achieve planned targets.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of men, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments for smooth production.
- Identify and resolve production issues, breakdowns, and process bottlenecks.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift records, and manpower records.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of raw materials and production tools.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance for preventive/breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators and workers on processes, safety, and quality requirements.
- Monitor rejection, wastage, downtime, and productivity and take corrective actions.
- Ensure production is completed within defined timelines and quality requirements.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate production status to management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Pay: ₹20,019.96 - ₹25,381.68 per month
