Pitambra Film & Production is a creative production house specializing in films, advertisements, music videos, artist portfolios, fashion shoots, corporate projects, events, and digital content. We are looking for a talented Photographer & Editor with a strong creative vision and technical expertise to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for films, advertisements, events, artist portfolios, fashion shoots, and social media campaigns.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots with proper lighting, composition, and camera settings.
- Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, including color correction, sound synchronization, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with directors, creative teams, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content.
- Organize, manage, and back up all project files and media assets.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, drones (if applicable), and other production gear.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, editing techniques, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience in color grading, photo retouching, and cinematic editing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in photography and editing. Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- A strong portfolio showcasing photography and editing work is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a film production house, advertising agency, or media company.
- Knowledge of drone photography/videography is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media content creation and current visual trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
