Job Title: Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and convert them into business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails while ensuring effective lead management and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inbound leads through calls, chats, and emails
- Handle lead follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately
- Provide detailed information about products and services to prospects
- Negotiate and close deals as per company objectives
- Achieve assigned sales targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
