Job Summary:
OPG Nuts is hiring an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the overall operations of its cashew manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for production management, team supervision, quality control, and ensuring smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and production activities.
- Achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Supervise factory staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, machinery, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Prepare production and operational reports.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the food or cashew industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
