Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Products
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling solar products such as solar streetlights, solar home systems, solar panels, solar water pumps, and other renewable energy solutions. The role includes identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell solar products such as solar streetlights, solar panels, solar home lighting systems, solar water pumps, and other solar solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities in government, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Meet potential customers, contractors, dealers, and distributors to generate sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations for clients.
- Follow up with customers and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government solar schemes.
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong marketing and sales ability.
- Basic knowledge of solar products and renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in sales of solar products, electrical products, lighting products, or renewable energy solutions.
- Experience in solar streetlights or solar EPC projects will be an added advantage.

- Achievement of sales targets
- Number of new clients/dealers added
- Lead conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Regular follow-up with customers and maintaining strong relationships
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
