Job Title: University Commission & Receivables Executive
Location: Kochi
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive University Commission & Receivables Executive to manage university commission receivables, maintain effective communication with university partners, and ensure timely follow-up on commission payments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage commission receivables from partner universities.
- Coordinate directly with university delegates and finance teams regarding outstanding commissions and payment follow-ups.
- Raise and submit commission invoices accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain records of commission invoices, payment status, and receivables.
- Handle university agent agreements, ensuring proper documentation and renewals.
- Process and manage university applications while maintaining compliance with university requirements.
- Prepare and update reports related to commission collections and receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence with universities.
- Work closely with the admissions, finance, and operations teams to resolve commission-related queries.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of commission payments received from universities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.com Finance / MBA Finance graduates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry, and report preparation).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in overseas education, university relations, finance coordination, or receivables management will be an added advantage. If not freshers are also welcomed.
