We are expanding rapidly and looking for high-energy Business Development INTERN who love people, sales conversations, and closing deals.
YOUR ROLE
As a Business Development INTERN , you’ll be the first point of contact for parents, schools, corporates, and partners. Your goal is to convert leads into bookings and help grow BotFit’s revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for:
- Birthday parties
- School outings
- Corporate events
- Group bookings
- Explain BotFit packages, activities, and add-ons clearly
- Convert walk-ins and online leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain lead data and daily sales reports
- Build relationships with schools, RWAs, and corporate HRs
- Upsell add-ons (food packages, mascots, shows, activities)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Confidence in talking to parents & corporate clients
- Basic understanding of sales funnels & follow-ups
- Ability to work on targets & incentives
- Comfortable with phone calls and in-person interactions
- Organized and detail-oriented

WORK TIMINGS
- 6 days working
- Weekend availability required (events & bookings)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
