Job Summary
The Pick-up & Drop Driver is responsible for safely collecting customer vehicles from their location and delivering them to the service center, as well as returning serviced vehicles to customers on time. The driver must ensure vehicle safety, maintain professional customer interaction, and follow all traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up customer vehicles from designated locations and deliver them safely to the service center.
- Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers within the committed time.
- Inspect vehicles before pick-up and delivery, noting any existing damages.
- Obtain customer signatures on vehicle handover and delivery documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of customer vehicles while in transit.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding vehicle pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Report any accidents, damages, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the Service Manager.
- Ensure all required documents are carried while driving.
- Assist with other transport-related duties as assigned by the management.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
