About The Company
Skyla Collective is a Hyderabad-based, multi-brand lifestyle hospitality platform, built since 2014 around one idea: hospitality should feel honest and warm, not performed. Our portfolio, Skyla Hotels, Hyber Hotels, FondOf Coffee, and Aptly Serviced Apartments, spans stays and F&B experiences designed around how modern travellers actually live and work. We're building toward a footprint across India's major cities, with the brand and operating systems to support that scale from day one.
About The Department
The Brand Experience team is where Skyla Collective's guest experience gets built, brand by brand, touchpoint by touchpoint. It's a multi-disciplinary team spanning design, content, marketing, and analytics, brought together around one core objective: owning the guest experience end-to-end, from how a brand looks and communicates, to how it's discovered, to how memorable it feels once the stay is over. The team doesn't just run campaigns. It designs service moments, builds communication that actually sounds like us, and puts the systems in place that let each brand stay recognisably, reliably itself, across every property and every touchpoint.
Your Role & Responsibilities
This role sits at the intersection of four things: bringing in new demand (paid and organic), building real community around our brands, carrying brand marketing and voice across channels, and building the systems that let all of it scale, and nurture guests long after their first visit. It's an execution-heavy role for someone who wants ownership, not a support seat.
Demand Generation (Paid + Organic)
- Plan, set up, and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) across to drive qualified direct leads for our hotel brands.
- Run and optimize ads for our cafe, banquets, and corporate dining services.
- Set up and manage lead-generation campaigns supporting Business Development
- Track performance and turn the data into the next campaign's changes, not just a report.
Community Building and Guest Nurturing
- Build and run CRM-driven campaigns (Zoho CRM, WhatsApp) for repeat bookings, referrals, and returning guests
- Plan and drive local activations and events at Fond Of that build genuine neighbourhood footfall
- Own influencer partnerships and relationships across brands
- Support guest advocacy and loyalty-oriented communication
Brand Marketing & Communication
- Plan and manage content calendars across brands, in close partnership with the Content Creator and Communication Designer
- Coordinate with PR agencies on media coverage and brand visibility for hotel brands
- Contribute to internal communication, sharing wins, updates, and stories across the team and with other departments
- Keep brand voice consistent across every channel this role touches
Systems & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Build and maintain the planning, tracking, and reporting systems behind both paid and organic marketing
- Proactively flag gaps, risks, and opportunities, this role isn't just meant to execute what's assigned
- Coordinate daily within the Brand Experience team (design, content) and across departments (Sales/BD, Operations, F&B) to keep campaigns grounded in what's actually happening on-site
- Contribute to building internal capability around AI-assisted marketing workflows as the team's tools and processes mature
What a regular week looks like
- Updating and planning content and campaign calendars
- Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing live ad campaigns
- Chasing approvals, assets, and inputs from other teams, proactively, not waiting to be chased
- Coordinating with the Content Creator, Communication Designer, PR agencies, and influencers
- Touching base with Sales/BD, Operations, and F&B teams to keep campaigns aligned with ground reality
- Updating the Head of Brand Experience on performance, blockers, and what's next
Qualifications & Preferences
- Minimum 4 years of experience across paid marketing, organic/social marketing, and brand marketing, ideally with direct campaign ownership, not just support
- Experience spanning social, web, and community channels; candidates who've only worked in one lane (paid media alone, for instance) are a partial fit
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred; multi-brand or multi-location experience is a plus
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a lean team, this is an execution-focused individual contributor role, not a managerial one
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
Skills & Tools
- Paid media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- CRM & lifecycle: Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business (or equivalent lifecycle tools)
- Web & content infrastructure: working understanding of website CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow or similar), comfortable publishing and managing blog content directly
- SEO fundamentals: working knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking), and basic organic discovery principles
- Analytics & reporting: GA4, native platform insights (Meta/Instagram), Excel/Google Sheets for dashboards and tracking
- AI-enabled marketing tools: comfort experimenting with AI for content workflows, campaign ideation, and reporting automation
- Design familiarity: working knowledge of tools like Canva for quick-turnaround assets
Why Join Skyla Collective
- Ownership from day one. You'll run real paid budgets and real lead-gen numbers across multiple brands, not sit in a support seat.
- A platform, not just a property. Skyla Collective is deliberately building systems meant to outlast any one person in the room, you'll help build the marketing engine that scales with it.
- A small, direct team. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand Experience and a tight creative team, decisions move fast, and your work is visible immediately.
Who Will Be A Right Fit For This RoleThis role rewards self-initiative over instruction-following. If you need a detailed brief before you move, this probably isn't the right seat. If you spot a gap and start closing it before anyone asks, it is.
Choose this role if:
- You want in on a company still expanding, across cities and across brands, not one that's already settled into a fixed shape
- You want your career to grow at the pace you can prove you're ready for, not on a fixed ladder someone else built
- You want the freedom to bring your own ideas and ways of working, and have them actually tried, not filed away
- You want to build brands and systems from the ground up, not maintain something someone else already designed
Less structure, more ownership. If that trade sounds energising rather than unsettling, you'll do well here.
