Job Title: Factory Manager
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Need Local Candidate who can travel daily)
Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 CTC per month
Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Factory Manager for its Seat Cover Manufacturing Unit.
Candidates must have 5+ years of manufacturing experience and experience managing 100+ shop-floor workers.
Strong knowledge of Overall Factory Operation, Procurement, Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Production Planning, PPC, Maintenance, Workforce Manpower Management, Quality Control, Utilization of resource, Production Target, Cost controlling, Inventory Monitoring, Evaluate Vendor Performance, ERP Software, Excel Knowledge, Dispatch, Lean Manufacturing, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, SOP Implementation, Machine Handling, Discipline, and Production Target Achievement is required.
Candidates from Automotive, Seat Cover, Garment, Upholstery, Leather, or Similar Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.
Age: 30–40 years. Immediate joiners preferred.
