Experience: Min 3 to 5 years in Architect firm
A Senior Architect is an experienced professional in the architecture field who leads complex projects, mentors teams, and ensures designs meet client needs, budgets, and standards. With over a decade of experience, they handle everything from conceptual design to construction oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project teams in design development, technical execution, and construction administration for large or complex projects.
- Interpreting client briefs, reviewing contracts, and compiling feasibility reports, including environmental impact assessments.
- Mentoring junior architects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and presenting solutions directly to clients.
- Managing consultant services, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk assessments; conducting site visits and resolving issues during construction.
- Developing overall goals, implementing plans, and coordinating with senior leaders on firm-wide initiatives.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture; professional licensure (e.g., RA) and 5+ years of experience required.
- Expertise in design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD); strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in project management, technical delivery, and client relations; openness to feedback and innovation.
