Location: Mumbai – Charni Road (On-site)
5 days working ( Sat & Sun fixed off)
Work Time : 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 - ₹40,000/month (In-hand)
(Aligned with experience and performance)
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end IT recruitment and drive quality hiring within defined timelines.
Role Highlights:
Full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring
Resume screening, interviewing & coordination
Working closely with hiring managers
Maintaining strong candidate pipeline
Offer negotiation & closures
Required Profile:
3+ years of experience in Technical / IT Recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals)
Good understanding of IT roles & technologies
Strong communication & stakeholder management
Ideal Candidate:
Immediate joiners preferred
Hands-on recruiter with strong closure capability
Experience in fast-paced hiring environments
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
