Adsparkx is a performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate marketing and media buying across international markets. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the company’s financial health.

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits.

Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.

Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth strategies.

Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.

Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendor transactions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).

7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.

Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or IT industry will be an added advantage.
