Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer with experience in Pharma OTC products. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales for the assigned territory through regular field visits.
- Promote and sell OTC pharma products to retailers, distributors, and chemists.
- Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily reporting of sales activities and market feedback.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales / Pharma OTC / FMCG preferred.
- Freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
