SkyLan IT is a dynamic and fast-growing company, leading the way in GIS, software development, and digital marketing. We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive / Manager to join our team and take charge of core HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement and beyond.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Plan and execute training programs, team-building activities, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with department heads for strategic workforce planning
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- High level of discretion and a people-first approach
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
