About the Opportunity
We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and career-driven freshers for the role of Business Development Associate Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and business development, with an opportunity to secure a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Connect with prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain client records and update CRM databases.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BBM, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
