We are seeking a dynamic to drive growth by developing Business Development Executive Corporate Wellness and Bridal Program partnerships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and closing high-value contracts. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporate organizations, HR teams, wedding planners, bridal boutiques, hotels, and other referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building.
- Present and close corporate wellness contracts and premium bridal packages.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve weekly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing business deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking ability with corporate or local business communities.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Own vehicle for client meetings and field visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, hospitality, events, beauty, luxury, or wedding industries.
- Existing network with HR professionals, wedding planners, venues, or corporate clients.
- Experience using CRM systems and AI-enabled sales tools.
Pay: ₹11,531.75 - ₹60,000.00 per month
