We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate CAD Designer with an Interior Design background who is interested in working on architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills and experience in preparing detailed construction drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in interior fit-out and architectural projects.
- Passion for architecture and design.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the architecture and design industry.
