About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mass Communication Teacher to teach students of Classes X–XI. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of media studies, journalism, advertising, digital communication, and public relations, with the ability to make learning engaging through practical activities and project-based instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mass Communication to students of Classes X–XI in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical activities.
- Introduce students to the fundamentals of journalism, media ethics, advertising, public relations, and digital media.
- Guide students in creating newspapers, magazines, blogs, podcasts, videos, and other media projects.
- Conduct workshops on public speaking, script writing, content creation, photography, and video production.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills through discussions and case studies.
- Assess students through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.
- Participate in school events, media clubs, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate communication skills across subjects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or related discipline preferred.
- B.Ed. is preferred (if required by the school).
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies.
NOTE: The salary offered will be based on your current Salary.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
