About the Role
At CHC Healthwatch, we believe every patient deserves timely access to accurate cardiac diagnostics. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our complete portfolio of cardiac diagnostic services, including Healthwatch myPatch® Holter Monitoring, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), and ECG Services. You will build strong relationships with cardiologists, physicians, diabetologists, nephrologists, general physicians, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to increase referrals, strengthen existing doctor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a seamless experience for both doctors and patients. This role combines business development, healthcare sales, customer relationship management, and patient service while contributing to the continued growth of one of India's leading cardiac diagnostics companies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a structured daily doctor call plan within the assigned territory. PromoteCHC Healthwatch's diagnostic portfolio, including myPatch® Holter Monitoring, ABPM, and ECG services, to healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, physicians, diabetologists, nephrologists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Educate doctors on the clinical benefits, indications, and appropriate use of Holter Monitoring, ABPM, and ECG diagnostics. Generate patient referrals and ensure smooth coordination from referral through testing and report delivery. Support patients by coordinating appointments, device application, testing, and timely report delivery. Achieve monthly sales, referral, and business development targets. Identify new referral opportunities and expand the doctor network within the assigned territory. Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors, hospitals, patients, and referral partners. Coordinate closely with the operations and reporting teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, sales activities, and customer interactions through regular reporting. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities. Represent CHC Healthwatch professionally while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Experience 10-15years of experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare Services, or Pharmaceutical Sales. Experience in promoting Holter Monitoring, ABPM, ECG, Cardiology products, Cardiac Diagnostics, or Medical Devices will be highly preferred. Existing relationships with cardiologists, physicians, diabetologists, nephrologists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions in Mumbai will be an added advantage.
