The BDO/BDM (Business Development Officer / Business Development Manager) is responsible for developing the business of the multi-state cooperative society by promoting society schemes, bringing new customers, achieving business targets, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role includes regular field work such as customer visits, marketing activities, business meetings, collection follow-ups, and branch support activities. The candidate should identify new business opportunities, coordinate with branch staff, conduct promotional activities, and submit daily reports to management. Good communication skills, leadership ability, target-oriented performance, and basic computer knowledge are essential for this position.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
