Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technician to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting computer systems, networks, hardware, and software while ensuring minimal downtime and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees through onsite and remote assistance.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and email configurations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure regular data backup and security.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and other office IT equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience in LAN/WAN, routers and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, antivirus software, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with CCTV, biometric devices, and printer troubleshooting is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
