Job Title: GenAI Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GenAI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms. This role requires proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like AgenticAI, LangChan, TensorFlow, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex problems.
- Develop and optimize GenerativeAI models and algorithms for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Document and present research findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and scalability.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and techniques.
- Experience in implementing LLMs and Generative AI models, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG); and Agent based Architecture (AgenticAI).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, particularly LangChan, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of Power BI and PowerAutomate would be a Plus.
- Proficiency in database design and management.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
