About the Role
Markytics.AI is looking for a Business Analyst – Customer Success to manage client requirements, campaign performance, reporting, and AI solution optimization. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal Product/Technology teams, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement of AI-powered engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements, business objectives, and KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
- Review and QA AI bot flows, IVR journeys, and campaign setups.
- Coordinate campaign launches and monitor performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign and bot performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement enhancements.
- Track client KPIs and proactively resolve performance gaps.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Python (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Customer Success, Business Analysis, SaaS, or Consulting.
- Exposure to AI, Chatbots, Voice Bots, WhatsApp Automation, or CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
