Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Connect with prospective customers through phone calls to introduce our services.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong customer engagement.
- Information Sharing: Pitch our services clearly, answer basic queries, and handle initial customer objections.
- Data Management: Accurately update call logs and maintain clean records in our database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance milestones.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduates preferred.
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
- Skills: Strong verbal English communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Traits: Self-driven, quick learner, and target-oriented.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Work Week: 5.5 days per week ( Sundays fixed off).
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
