Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) who will be the face of The Zero Point Cafe. The ideal candidate will create memorable guest experiences by welcoming customers, managing reservations, handling feedback, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Build relationships with regular customers and remember guest preferences.
- Ensure every guest receives personalized attention throughout their visit.
Customer Service
- Address guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure quick resolution of service issues.
- Collect guest feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.
Reservations & Front Desk
- Manage table reservations and waiting lists.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in guests.
- Inform guests about café offers, events, and special menus.
Brand Representation
- Maintain excellent grooming and a positive attitude.
- Create Instagram-worthy guest experiences.
- Encourage satisfied guests to leave Google Reviews and follow the café on social media.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through exceptional hospitality.
Operational Support
- Monitor cleanliness and ambience of the café.
- Support special events, birthday celebrations, and corporate bookings.
- Assist in coordinating VIP guests and influencers visiting the café.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Customer-first mindset
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems)
- Professional grooming and etiquette
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, or customer service
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
