Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support via calls, emails, and remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Execute basic SQL queries.
- Provide product training to clients.
- Support software implementation.
- Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualification
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)
- B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT)
- Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT
Experience
- 0-2 Year Experience
- Candidates from Kolhapur and nearby cities only.
