Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage administrative, operational, and documentation-related tasks efficiently. The candidate should possess good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative work.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
- Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Manage emails, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and document management.
- Support accounts, sales, and HR departments with backend coordination.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain office records.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in back office/administrative operations.
