Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and ambitious Business Development Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure in sales, client acquisition, and HR consulting services. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and understand how business development functions in a growing consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, networking, and online research
- Generate leads and connect with startups, SMEs, and corporate companies
- Pitch company services including Recruitment, HR Consulting, Payroll, Compliance, Training & Development, and Policy Making
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Follow up with leads and maintain sales trackers
- Support branding and business growth initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed Graduation/MBA in Marketing, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident personality with strong convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
