- Respond to basic inquiries regarding installation, configuration, customization, and product usage through calls, chat, and email.
- Take end-to-end ownership of user issues, ensuring resolution and necessary follow-ups as per process requirements.
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify issues, investigate causes, and recommend solution for common failures.
- Provide support for both internal and external customers.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level experts within the organization.
- Deliver first-line to higher-line after-sales technical support for hardware, Must be comfortable attending and handling sales calls with clients/prospects.
- Coordinate with clients, service delivery teams, and management to ensure accurate service requests are routed to the appropriate service provider.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, specifically handling US clients.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with a working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Open to Undergraduates and Graduates.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
