Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Hospital HR professional to manage human resource functions in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance within a hospital or healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and non-clinical staff.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs.
- Support departmental heads in manpower planning and workforce management.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labor laws, and HR operations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
