Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who is equally passionate about storytelling, editing, and emerging AI technologies. You’ll create engaging short-form and long-form content that captures attention, builds aspiration, and strengthens the Della brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form video content.
- Create compelling narratives with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
- Generate and enhance visual assets using AI tools.
- Develop motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branded video elements.
- Collaborate with content strategists and designers to bring campaigns to life.
- Stay updated on content trends, editing techniques, and AI innovations.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior: 5+ years of experience.
- Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and video storytelling.
- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Sora, Flux, and ElevenLabs.
- Understanding of social media content psychology and audience engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional content.
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media or any other relevant specialization.
