*Key Responsibilities*
* Design and develop new HVAC products (Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fan, HVLS Fans, etc.)
* Conduct product research, testing, and performance analysis
* Improve existing product efficiency, durability, and cost optimization
* Prepare technical drawings, CAD models, and BOM (Bill of Materials)
* Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
* Perform prototype development and field testing
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
* Work on innovation, energy efficiency, and new technology integration
*Required Skills*
* Knowledge of HVAC systems & thermal engineering concepts
* Proficiency in design software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of materials, airflow, heat transfer
* Good communication & teamwork abilities
*Qualification*
* B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
* Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience)
