Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Follow up with interviewers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters after receiving hiring approvals.
- Collect onboarding documents and coordinate background verification.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Patto, Panaji, Goa
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
