Location: Thane
Shift: US Rotational Shifts
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) -
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines
- Handle invoice validation, coding, posting, and payment processing
- Manage vendor bills and ensure timely payments
- Support payment runs and resolve invoice/payment-related queries
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve mismatches
- Support month-end activities such as accruals, prepayments, and open item review
Accounts Receivable (AR) -
- Manage incoming customer payments and apply them against outstanding invoices
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment allocation
- Perform cash application and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash
- Support bank reconciliation and receivable reconciliations
- Track outstanding balances and maintain accurate receivable records
- Support month-end activities including aging analysis and adjustments
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations
- Hands-on experience in invoice processing, billing, cash application, vendor payments, collections, or reconciliations
- Good understanding of AP / AR processes
- Experience on SAP / Oracle / ERP systems preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
