About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Support internal teams with day-to-day coordination.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
