- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Handle cash, card transactions, and prepare daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure lobby and front desk area is clean and presentable
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
