Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals and other channels, screening profiles, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and coordination until candidate onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure smooth interview scheduling.

Handle salary discussions and offer communication with selected candidates.

Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until their joining date.

Collect and verify candidate documents required for onboarding.

Coordinate with the Operations team for Background Verification (BGV) and onboarding activities.

Communicate company information, policies, and benefits during the recruitment process.

Maintain an updated recruitment tracker, MIS, and candidate database with proper status updates.

Share weekly and monthly recruitment reports with HR leadership.

Coordinate with Campus Placement Officers for campus hiring activities when required.

Plan and support weekend hiring drives based on business requirements.

Review rejected profiles periodically to improve sourcing and screening quality.

Send status update emails to candidates who attended interviews.
