Graduate
Eight plus years of experience in executive management or operations management
Experience in project management

Proficient in verbal and written communication
Strategic thinker and leader
Preferred experience in the real-estate domain
Responsibilities include:
Working with founders and senior management for strategic decision-making
Managing staff and overseeing hiring
Managing interdepartmental communications
Liaising with clients and business stakeholders
Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and high-level marketing strategies
