Job Summary:
Prelect Networks is seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter with strong experience in W2 hiring. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and
compliance requirements for W2 candidates. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who excel in
fast-paced hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements with a focus on W2 hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirement understanding
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with W2 hiring regulations and documentation
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate onboarding process
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong experience in W2 hiring (must-have)
- Familiarity with US work authorization types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.)
- Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong negotiation skills
