- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Prepare and issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.) and maintain employee records (digital & physical).
- Sourcing & Interview scheduling of suitable candidates with hiring manager as per business requirements.
- Coordinate new joinee formalities & facilitation such as ID cards, IT access, salary accounts, PF/ESI enrolment & system setups.
- Ensure timely updates in HRMS, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
- Administer benefits such as GMC, business cards, Gratuity.
- Support statutory compliance by enrolling eligible employees in PF & ESI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Accounts, Admin) for employee-related requirements.
- Manage exit process including login/access deactivation, and HRMS updates.
- Vendor coordination for HR services (retainer invoices, recruitment agencies, etc.).
