Meridian IT Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Services, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing Sales, or Technology Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong client relationship and account management skills.
