Role Overview
This is a target-driven position focused on converting potential immigration and visa consulting leads into customers. The role requires a high level of persuasion, consistent follow-ups, and a consultative approach to selling immigration service packages.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Manage inbound and outbound leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
Consultative Sales: Conduct detailed consultations to explain visa processes, timelines, and pricing.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up records until closure.
Client Onboarding: Coordinate with internal case-processing teams after payment is secured.
Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on shifting immigration programs and eligibility requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience (experience in immigration, education, or finance sales is preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Core Skills: Strong closing and objection-handling abilities, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency.
Attributes: Goal-oriented, resilient, and highly disciplined with follow-ups.
