- Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Contact potential customers and explain products or services effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions or products
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, or product demonstrations
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals successfully
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales in CRM or reports
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely solutions.
