About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present company services and solutions.
- Convert leads into successful business deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer service.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and business events.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor in Commerce
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with sales or business development experience will be preferred.
- Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
